Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: September 15, 2026

This policy explains how billing, refunds, and cancellations work for Boltise paid plans — Plus, Pro, and Max. The Free plan is always free and is not covered by this policy. Boltise is operated by Boltise Private Limited. Paid plans are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. (“Paddle”), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, so Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply to your purchase.

14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment. The full amount is returned to your original payment method, and your paid plan ends once the refund is issued.

Renewal payments are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime before your renewal date to stop future charges — your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Boltise AI usage is consumption of the service

Paid plans include Boltise AI usage that is delivered — and costs are incurred — the moment you use it. By subscribing you request immediate access to Boltise AI, and usage you consume cannot be returned or exchanged. The first-purchase guarantee above still applies in full during its 14-day window.

How to request a refund

Request your first-purchase refund within 14 days of the charge using either method:

Refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, normally within 14 days of your request.

Failed payments

For new subscriptions purchased from September 15, 2026, paid access is suspended as soon as Paddle marks the subscription past due after a failed payment. There is no grace period for these new subscriptions. Paddle may retry the outstanding payment. Updating your payment method alone does not confirm payment; paid access returns after successful payment is confirmed. Existing customers keep their previously agreed grace-period rights and protected access arrangements.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights you have under the law that applies to you. Where local law gives you a longer refund or withdrawal period, that longer period applies. If a payment is faulty, duplicated, or unauthorized, you are entitled to a refund regardless of the 14-day window.
