Terms of Service
Last updated: June 12, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Boltise Private Limited (“Boltise”). They cover Boltise, the closed-source Windows desktop IDE for FiveM and RedM server development, and your account on boltise.ai. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
The service
Boltise is a desktop application plus a web account. The app runs on your machine and works on your files. The account handles sign-in, plans, and Boltise AI on paid tiers. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.
Accounts
Give us accurate information and keep it current. One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your sign-in method secure.
Plans & billing
- There is a Free plan. Paid tiers (Plus, Pro, Max) are sold and billed monthly by Paddle.com Market Ltd. (“Paddle”), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to your purchase.
- Paid tiers include Boltise AI usage that refreshes at the start of each monthly billing period.
- You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Your first subscription payment carries a 14-day money-back guarantee. Renewal payments are non-refundable — cancel before your renewal date to stop future charges. Consuming Boltise AI usage is consumption of the service. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
- If a renewal payment fails, your account moves to the Free plan and paid features, including Boltise AI, stop until billing is resolved. We continue to retry your payment method for a period afterwards, and your plan is restored automatically if a retry succeeds. You can also update your payment method at any time from your billing page to restore access immediately.
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse the Boltise AI service, for example by automating bulk requests or evading usage limits.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
- Do not resell access to Boltise or to Boltise AI.
- You own your server code. What you build with Boltise is yours. You are also responsible for the resources you install and run, and for making sure your server complies with the rules that apply to it.
Third-party content
Scripts and resources you install through Boltise are third-party content. We did not write them and we do not warrant them. The built-in security scanner is a best-effort tool. It can catch common problems, but it is not a guarantee that a script is safe. Review code before you run it on a live server.
When Boltise handles licensed or escrowed resources (for example, Tebex resources), it works only with copies you are entitled to use. Boltise does not bypass, decrypt, or remove escrow or other technical protection on third-party resources, and you must not use it to do so.
Marketplace listings
The marketplace indexes publicly available, third-party resources to help you find them. Listings show information such as a name, description, author, and a link to the original source. Boltise does not own, host, or distribute these resources, and a listing is not an endorsement. Each resource remains governed by its own license and its author’s terms. If you are an author and want a listing corrected or removed, email support@boltise.ai and we will action reasonable requests promptly.
AI output
Boltise’s AI features can generate code, configuration, and suggestions. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your server, and it may resemble existing code. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and deciding what you ship. Do not rely on AI output as legal, security, or professional advice.
Disclaimers
Boltise is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Back up your work.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boltise Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can stop using Boltise and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms. If your account ends, paid features stop, and your local files remain yours.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If you keep using Boltise after a change takes effect, that counts as acceptance.
